Isaiah 59:1 says ” Behold, the hand of the Lord is not shortened, that He cannot save.” God is gacious. He is willing to save all who calls on His name. (Joel 2:32). His name can be called anytime, anyday and anywhere. God is willing to save anyone who calls His name.
So, if you can call the name of the Lord today with a clean hand, His saving grace will ffreely flow. Otherwise His grace may be abundant but not abounding.
